I know you've been there before, you helped the bunny hide the eggs, but now you can't find the last one. It's a mad dash; everyone forgets about their pile of eggs and works together to find that last one. You finally find it in the couch cushion where your kids said they already looked, but regardless it's a celebration! All the eggs have been found, and it's time to open them up!
During Jesus' time on earth, he shares a parable of the lost sheep, saying, "What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. In the same way, your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish." Matthew 18:12-14
Sweet sister, you may feel isolated in your anxiety but look to the words and stories of Jesus who was sacrificed to save you. Because you are lost doesn't mean you can't be found. Because your life looks different than the 99 doesn't mean it's not worth it. God seeks you out! Even if you're the last egg, the celebration will be grand! It's your turn; begin to come out of your hiding spot and call on Him to find you.
